Our Story

Boundless Bakery is brought to you by Mike Glatfelter out of Milford, Massachusetts. Originally from the Westborough, MA graduating WHS in 2003, Mike moved to Albany, NY where he met his now wife Jeanine at the College of Saint Rose. After leaving college, Mike found himself working in the IT Field for the next 15 years, during which time attending culinary school in Schenectady and developing a true passion for cooking and baking alike. After working from home during the pandemic, Jeanine helped Mike see how his work was no longer providing fulfillment and helped make the decision to move into a new career path. Moving back to Massachusetts to be closer to family in 2021, start our own family, and open a new business became the new path forward, which brings us to Boundless Bakery establishing in 2022! Boundless Bakery produces delicious vegan baked goods without sacrificing taste and texture that vegans and non-vegans alike can enjoy!  

Our Kitchen

The Kitchen is based out of Gatehouse Kitchens in Walpole. Gate House Kitchens offers ghost kitchen setups for business to allow for ease of setup. With a private kitchen, Mike has complete control of the storage of his ingredients and how they are processed, allowing for a total vegan environment with no chance of cross-contamination. What started as an empty shell has transformed into Boundless Bakery!

Our Ingredients

All our ingredients are plant based and free of any animal byproducts. The only sugars we use are organic raw cane sugar and certified vegan. We use certified vegan chocolate chips along with powdered egg substitute and butter replacement. We also utilize vegetable shortening and plant-based milk, making all of our baked goods plant based and vegan.
